MALONE'S OCTOBER 2010 FORECAST

Circulated by a former New York Times columnist and two members of the U.S. National Academy of Sciences in the days before the news media first reported the cargo plane plot of October 29th, the 2010 terrorism forecast from BLPlan.org accurately anticipated the most serious Al Qaeda operation against the U.S. homeland since 9/11.

I have no personal knowledge/expertise here whatsoever, but Tom is an
old friend and world-class scientist......P

Paul and Anne -

I have been presented with persuasive evidence about an Al Qaeda plot
to attack specific targets in New York and Washington during the days
before elections in 2010 and 2012.  After careful consideration, I
have decided to invite the public's attention to this actionable
intelligence about Al Qaeda's conspiracy to rig the vote in favor of
Republican war hawks.

Could you circulate the story below?  I know you are busy and do not
want to impose on your time.  I hope a simple forwarding of this
email will suffice.  Any assistance in this urgent matter would be
greatly appreciated.  Thanks.

Best Wishes - Tom

Subject: The Next 9/11:  When and Where

New York Times Staff,

I wish to report a news story related to recent Times articles on Al
Qaeda's October Surprise plot against Americans in Europe.

I am Dr. Thomas F. Malone, a former MIT professor and foreign
secretary of the National Academy of Sciences.  I had extensive
correspondence with Andy Revkin before his recent departure from the Times.

I would like to invite your attention to a trends analysis of Al
Qaeda attacks presented on the website BLPLAN.org that highlights
unique, actionable intelligence about this October Surprise conspiracy.

www.binladensplan.com/Future_Attacks_on_US.html

In 2001 and again in 2008, I witnessed this terrorism forecasting
tool predict the plots of 9/11 and the Mumbai Massacre, respectively.
Developed by my grandson David, this trends analysis has identified
some pivotal trends
in Al Qaeda's attacks that clearly foreshadow a plot for a 9/11
sequel in New York and Washington set to occur during the deciding
weeks of the 2010 and 2012 U.S. national elections.

As examined in previous Times articles (like Kristof's 2008 "The
Endorsement From Hell"), October Surprise operations have been a
fixture of Al Qaeda's war strategy since the bombing of the USS COLE
in October 2000.  From 2000-2008, Al Qaeda consistently attempted to
magnify the issue of terrorism in the political arena and sway U.S.
elections by launching its most stunning surges of terrorist attacks
during the deciding weeks of campaign season.

October 2000:                 USS COLE bombing, Failed attempt to launch 9/11

  October 2002:                 Bali, Moscow, Aden

July - October 2004:        Tashkent, Beslan, Jakarta, Taba

  August 2006:                  Atlantic airlines plot

July - October 2008:        Istanbul, Sanaa, Islamabad, Mumbai Massacre plot

A graph of Al Qaeda's terrorist attacks since 9/11 persuasively
illustrates this trend.

www.binladensplan.com/AQ_Surge_Graph.html

BLPLAN.org provides a detailed investigation into Al Qaeda's strategy
to rig U.S. elections in this manner, along with other patterns in Al
Qaeda terrorism.  Based on the historical accuracy of the trends
analysis published by the defense consulting nonprofit, its forecast
about the specific timing and locations of the next 9/11 plot should
not be ignored.

I am confident that a serious review of this subject by the New York
Times can produce a meaningful contribution to the public dialogue on
the 9/11 War.  I request that you evaluate this trends analysis
forecast at BLPLAN.org.

I hope that public forewarning about the timing and location of this
plot for a 9/11 sequel can disrupt Al Qaeda's "October Surprise"
strategy, either by:

   (1) Disseminating actionable intelligence that allows government
and citizenry to thwart the attack, or

   (2) Negating the effect of Al Qaeda's underlying psychological
operation by informing voters about Bin Laden's scheme to dupe them
into electing war hawks.

A news media authority like the New York Times is ideally situated to
utilize the analysis at BLPLAN.org in order to help defend America
both physically and psychologically from Al Qaeda's next 9/11 plot.

In the long term, I hope that public validation of the trends
analysis at BLPLAN.org confers legitimacy to its unique thesis on Bin
Laden's messianic aspirations, and that this recognition, in turn,
serves as a springboard for President Obama to launch the information
operation outlined at BLPLAN.org by voting to issue a United Nations
condemnation of Osama bin Laden for a plot to kill four billion people.

Sincerely,

Dr. Thomas F. Malone

I queried the New York Times, but the staff with whom I spoke did not know me and expressed disbelief in my story (described below).  Could you "endorse" me to an editor who will give this story the careful review that I believe it merits?  I know you are busy and do not want to impose on your time.  I hope a simple forwarding of this email will suffice.  Any assistance in this urgent matter would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.
